Seventh fieldwork in Baghdad

The team conducted the seventh fieldwork in Baghdad between 15 and 30 January 2026. The research activities included visits to institutions (Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Public Municipalities, The Iraq National Library and Archives) and specific sites (e.g. Iskan and Abu Nuwas), team meetings, activities at the University of Baghdad and in-depth interviews with Iraqi architects, urban planners, employees of public institutions.
